Take a look at the tasty mint snowflake marshmallows we are making for the The Evian Alpine experience, which is taking place during January on the South Bank in London. The marshmallows are a collaboration with Rare Food, fantastic caterers based in North London. The marshmallows are nestled in gorgeous glass cloches and surrounded by a beautiful alpine mist transporting you for a moment to the snowy alps- aren't the Husky's beautiful!
