Take a look at the tasty mint snowflake marshmallows we are making for the The Evian Alpine experience, which is taking place during January on the South Bank in London. The marshmallows are a collaboration with Rare Food, fantastic caterers based in North London. The marshmallows are nestled in gorgeous glass cloches and surrounded by a beautiful alpine mist transporting you for a moment to the snowy alps- aren't the Husky's beautiful!

We've been having a look at the latest fashion catwalk shows for spring/ summer this year and WOW do they look edible! We are particularly liking the pearly pastels and shimmery under the sea effects seen at Chanel, Louis Vuitton and the madness of Meadham Kirchoff. Feeling very inspired!
